Noah Cyrus dropped her debut album “The Hardest Part” in 2022 and she’s makin’ moves to get that attention.

The 23-year-old singer, and Miley Cyrus’ sis, went on tour with a fresh concert program. And to boost them ticket sales, she didn’t come up with anything new, she just straight up posted pics of her bare tits. She’s rockin’ a see-through dress on stage, but it’s almost impossible to catch a glimpse of her tits during the show.
