Meet Bernadette Heerwagen (born June 22, 1977), a German actress. She kicked off her acting gig at sixteen and blew up after co-starring in Der Schandfleck in ’99, snagging the Bayerischer Fernsehpreis Sonderpreis in 2000.
Since then, she’s been slaying it in lead and supporting roles across German and Austrian TV flicks, dramas, and European movies. Her big moment came in 2004 with Grüße Aus Kaschmir, making her a legit name in Germany and France.

She’s stacked up some serious cred: nabbed Best Actress at the Adolf-Grimme-Preis twice (2005 and 2008) and scored Best Actress at the Bayerischer Fernsehpreis (aka Bavarian TV Awards) back in 2000. In 2010, she starred in Die Kommenden Tage with Daniel Brühl and got a nod for Best Leading Actress at the German Film Awards in 2011. Oh, and her younger bro, Philipp Heerwagen (born 1983), is out there ballin’ as a pro soccer player for FC St. Pauli.
