Meet Mistella “Misty” Rowe – a total legend of an American actress. She was super famous for playing this super-perky, lisping blonde on Hee Haw for practically two decades. She also rocked the Hee Haw Honeys spin-off, along with a then-newcomer Kathie Lee Gifford. They were known for, well, showy outfits. Misty was often helping out Junior Samples in the used car bits on Hee Haw.

Beyond Hee Haw, she totally nailed Marilyn Monroe in two movies, played Minnie Pearl, Maid Marian, Patsy Cline, was a Playboy model, and even popped up on Happy Days as a carhop. She was also in tons of other movies and TV shows, including The Hitchhikers, Loose Shoes, National Lampoon’s Class Reunion, and more. She even did a bit on Airwolf as a country singer! And let’s not forget that whole game show stint on The Cross-Wits.

Misty’s still hustling! She’s been doing children’s theater, a Broadway musical, and an Atlantic City show. A band even wrote a song about her! Apparently, the bassist was totally smitten when he first saw her, saying she was “nothing like his mom”. She even had a very memorable appearance on The Dating Game – winning a trip to Carson City with Mikola V. Shevchek.

Misty was married to and divorced from James DePaiva, and they’ve got a daughter named Dreama.
