25 years ago this beach was covered in oil after the oil tanker ‘The Sea Empress’ ran aground spilling over 72,000 tonnes of crude oil &bunker fuel nudes
I used to volunteer for the Myrtle Beach State Park to help them find and save sea turtle nests. I hope you enjoy my painting that is reminiscent of that experience! 🌊🐢
