M 6’ 49 185. Freshly out of the shower. Had to have an routine EKG done and they had to shave spots in my chest hair to attach the electrodes. 😭. I think it grew back ok?
F20 , 150 , 5’2 took a break from posting on here and it felt good. I’ve been focusing on the gym and eating a lot better. I already can see a difference in my body but happy holidays y’all ❤️💚
