M/late 20βs/5β6/187lbs- itβs been awhile since o posted. I have lost some weight because I am not eating as much as I have been. I could be eating healthier, but this is a start. What I really need to focus on is working out. Any suggestions for a
F25, around 80kg, 171cm. I started to feel better about myself but I gained some weight after lower back surgery and now I feel bad every time I wear my jeans because they're tighter now π
