As a pacifist, i intend no harm. I do not carry a weapon nor have premeditated thoughts of harm coming to me. However, as a mother i must be prepared for her sake. I became strong for her. May i always be able to protect her little life. Namaste 🙏

I feel a bit more inspired to do yoga here. Wish I could post up my 20 minute naked yoga video here, on this platform. Look I can finally put my head on the ground. Yes, I know it’s pretty basic yoga but give a woman a break.
