5'4" 125 lbs. Been going to a gym regularly for 6 months and primarily doing resistance training. Still keeping at it, but not sure I'm noticing any progress yet.
28F, 5'7", 180 lb??? So proud to say I'm finally feeling some progress after not picking for awhile. Loads of scars after years of dermatillomania, but such is life.
[27F / 4’*” / 103.6lbs] A normal bloat after dinner. I’m still insecure about my body but acknowledging that all bodies are beautiful and normal in every way is a step toward body acceptance. ✨
