Honest feedback appreciated. I worked hard to lose 90lbs., but I’m self-conscious about some loose skin on my tummy. I won’t take my shirt off in public. Thoughts? Age 55, 155lbs, 5’8” tall.
5'4" 125 lbs. Been going to a gym regularly for 6 months and primarily doing resistance training. Still keeping at it, but not sure I'm noticing any progress yet.
