I put on almost 30lbs during lockdown and recently lost most of it, but I still feel as big as before. I’ve struggled with having a healthy approach to my weight since I was little, and I’m trying to not slide back into bad habits
[F]43,130, 5’1” it’s Friday night I’m in bed alone before 9:00 pm, I’m snuggling a heating pad, and sleeping on the “wrong” side of the bed just to keep things spicy. Please do not ask me how I got here!
