If you get angry or upset often I feel like a good investment would be to get a punching bag or even just a bag of sand you can stand up to let out your anger. Don't hurt others who don't deserve it
Remember: if it can't get worse it can only get better. If you're having hard time right now just do what you like or try a new hobby or activity like a sport or drawing to keep your mind off things
