M/late 20’s/5’6/187lbs- it’s been awhile since o posted. I have lost some weight because I am not eating as much as I have been. I could be eating healthier, but this is a start. What I really need to focus on is working out. Any suggestions for a
34 59kg 164cm. I’ve had 3 kids by cesarean with the scar not healing right and breastfed for over 6 years in total. I think I’ll always be self conscious of my boobs and tummy.
