So I have not felt good enough about myself since leaving the military to ever post a shirtless picture. But I’ve been working so hard at the gym that I’m finally seeing some progress.
I did it. After years of self loathing and building a brick wall found a way through. I can tell who really cares… and I’m seeing the friends who aren’t there. Saying I lied to them.. it’s illuminating. But I’m out 😮💨
