40(f) - 130lbs (ish) - 5ft 7. my ass isn't as high and pert as it once was, neither are my breast and there's cellulite. But, it's my body, I've earned every mark and I love them all
20F 5'2" 140lbs Feeling a bit insecure. I wanna start weight training with body weight exercises. Which exercises would you suggest and how many reps/sets should I start with? I'd like to have some definition in my arms, abs, perk up my breasts(?) and
