20F 5'2" 140lbs Feeling a bit insecure. I wanna start weight training with body weight exercises. Which exercises would you suggest and how many reps/sets should I start with? I'd like to have some definition in my arms, abs, perk up my breasts(?) and
21f 5’11” 280ish to 205ish. Have lost lbs since last year around this time. Trying to gain confidence about my breasts and my body shape, thought this was a interesting angle.
22, 5’6”, 170. Whenever I have time to relax, all my focus goes to scrutinizing my appearance. Things are always improving but I hope one day I can have a love-love relationship with my body instead of a love-hate relationship.
