M [27, 190lbs, 5’9”] been doing a lot more exercise lately and feeling better than I have since high school. I have a long way to go yet but feeling better about my body every day! Currently cooling down post-workout
29F, 158cm, 78kg. I have gained a lot of weight in the last ten years, but have no motivation to lose weight. I also have a bad habit of anxiety eating, please tell me how to change this situation.
