Went from fat to fit in the last 5 years . Been so much hard work. I’ve gotten crazy strong and I finally feel like I look pretty good ! This has been life changing for my self esteem! Thanks for everyone’s kind words here.
One of my best friends let me join him in woodworking to start making a really beautiful picture frame. Once it's done I'll post another selfie with it! But it made me feel like all I wanted to do was become a dad with 2 kids and a woodworking garage.
