26F, 215lbs, 5’5”. I just got surgery yesterday and took this a few days prior. Coming to terms with the fact that it’s ok for bodies to change. Going to push myself to post soon after recovery
F/52/149/5’6”: Being older and nude on beaches or other public (appropriate) places can really make one worry about being too fat, too old, too this or that.
