Since I'm looking for a pair of boots that could face both cold, snowy and wet winters I saw these pair of boots on Varusteleka. Does anybody own this pair? What are your thoughts on it?

Would it be possible to dye the grey rubber on these boots black? Need all black polishable steel toes for fire academy and these are the highest quality ones I could find that fit size 17.
