Is this normal for thorogood leather? The side of the leather looks crackly Also is it about time to oil? They don't feel too dry but it's been few months without oiling and occasionally I brush them.
I bought a pair of Thursday captains and had a minor tearing issue in the inner seam. In the span of five emails, they sent me a brand new pair, and let me keep the old ones. Say what you will, you can't beat that customer service.
