[F] 37, 129lbs, 5'4" I've been losing weight as a side effect from medication, About 11lbs over the last 4 months. This is the first time I've been under 130lbs since before having kids. Not crazy about it since it's mostly my ass that's shrunk ðŸ˜
[M 31, 156lbs, 6'6"] Been trying to prepare my body for about 4 years now to be in better physical shape for my heart surgery coming up in a few weeks. I guess this is as far as I got. Let's hope it's enough.
