39, M, 240, 6’0 - working hard to get my body back where it should be. Been self conscious about my weight since getting out of the military a few years back
F 45, 212lbs, 5’7”. A similar post as before with the difference being I lost a few pounds. Have more to lose! Working on being confident in this body.
