Strange Grey Bar? This comes on whenever I have twitch overlay on, and only goes as far down as the comments, then comes back up when they disappear. I've tried everything, and background opacity is set to 0%. please help :)

Twitch chat glitch that happens at random intervals. The chat will randomly become unaligned. Is this related to the browser + Nvidia glitch? Because I swear this never happened before when I watched twitch. (Anyone else experience this Blocky Artifact g
