this is probably the best game NTRMAN made, it's not just a visual novel, you can walk on the island, get clothing for the characters, you have minigames, and you can cheat on your wife for a change.
I have a question (here's a picture so the post won't feel empty, if ntr is one of the most popular genres out there then why can't I find any positive reviews, comments, or posts about it outside of.. here?
