After 3 weeks of “getting back on it”, I’m progressing up to 18.5cm in the tube 💪🏻 My partner is noticeably starting to feel the out of tube gains, which is a sign of something ✌🏻✌🏻
Pumping for length. Any tips? Currently doing two sets of 15 mins at -5inHg in a 1.75” tube. Also have a 2” tube but I read the compression of the smaller tube not allowing the girth expansion helps focus on length gains? Any advice welcome. Thanks a
