Packed - doing length training want to hit 8.5 - this is a lapump 9x2 so it doesn’t suck down on base as much due to the big base but more real I guess.
Pumping for length. Any tips? Currently doing two sets of 15 mins at -5inHg in a 1.75†tube. Also have a 2†tube but I read the compression of the smaller tube not allowing the girth expansion helps focus on length gains? Any advice welcome. Thanks a
