I dont know what this is and it won't pop i messed with it a little bit and all that came out was blood and it then swelled back up

UPDATE: No worse, but no better either. Then I got a call from Urgent Care. The cultures came back, and this particular infection is resistant to my current antibiotics. Tonight I will pick up the new meds...hopefully I can post a more positive update in
