I am trying to stream a game from my Xbox series x to twitch I have downloaded the twitch app on my Xbox and logged i and everything but when I go to stream there is just a generic twitch/ Xbox screen there is game audio but just no picture help

Unable to sign into 7tv website after accidentally disconnecting my Twitch account from the emote set. My YT account is still connected. Any fixes for this, or is it permanently messed up?
