Born on February 28, 1991, in Dublin, Sarah grew up in a family of butchers. She attended the Young People’s Theatre School in Dublin and Loreto High School before making her big-screen debut alongside her sister Emma in the 2003 film In America.

Sarah went on to star in several other films, including “Stormbreaker” and “The Spiderwick Chronicles” before landing her breakout role as Princess Mary in “The Tudors”. She has since appeared in various TV shows and movies, most recently as Anna Burton Silk in the series “Counterpart”.
