After much searching I have found the lock picking outlaw. I was able to convince him to accompany me to Goddess Alex by guaranteeing his safety and informing him of the job Goddess Alex has for him.
It took a few days to get things moving smoothly, but #ProjectPigDig is moving along nicely and is on schedule. Sunshine River will be glorious when it's complete!
